Everything lines up with pre-existing mounting points to create an installation that is truly modification-free.

Branches Beware: Each bracket is laser cut from 304 stainless steel, then powder coated. Put simply, the side mirrors on your truck will rip off way before our ditch light kit even flexes a muscle.All Weather: The white-output version is ideal for all-around visibility. For those who desire optimal output in rain, snow, or fog--the Yellow-output version will slay in shady weather. Morimoto has opted for Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs that produce yellow light at the origin, which is the most effective way to penetrate through particles in the air without compromising output (Filtering white light through a yellow lens achieves the look, but no actual performance benefit in poor weather).Reliability: With power comes great responsibility. Extensive effort went into ensuring the reliability of the product. High power means high heat, which is why our Banger LED Pods feature a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat-transfer to the radiator, which has been optimized through numerous rounds of thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to withstand flaking. The potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.Wiring & Cable Management: No sloppy wiring allowed. We have incorporated several mounting locations and cable routing clips on the stem of the bracket to direct the input wiring from your LED pods down into the engine bay. From there, you can plug n play with Morimoto's switched relay wire harness for a clean and reliable install.Performance: Just like the brackets, every element of the patented line of LED pods is proprietary. LucidShape was used to optimize performance around the most modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram. Optics are produced according to world-class standards. Thermal dynamics have been optimized using SolidWorks. They are available with five industry-leading beam patterns to suit every need. Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, Flood, and Trail.

Combo Beam: Illuminates a clear path with medium range. The Combo beam provides a blend of width and distance illumination making every day driving in the middle of nowhere far more comfortable. The 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10V degree spread at beam center has been perfectly tuned to produce an ideal flood beam. The Combo pattern is an excellent aid to any set of high-performance headlights.

Spot Beam: Illuminates far into the distance unlike anything else on the market. The HXB Spot comes standard with the most powerful Osram LEDs, which in combination with the optics produces a beam pattern capable of penetrating up to 800 meters into your future. No matter the speed, you'll never outrun your ability to see with the Banger Spot beams.

SAE Wide Beam: Illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle. The Optics feature dual axis control. 1) for width, and 2) active hot spot control to project peak intensity right along the top of the beam pattern. The proper vertical gradient and sharp cutoff has proven SAE-Compliant for use on road as a fog light. The Wide beam delivers the best combination of width, intensity, and control -- making it the most effective off-road LED fog light in the world.Flood Beam: When focus is irrelevant and broad output to illuminate everything in your immediate locale is priority number one, the Flood beam is where its at. Designed to diffuse the output of the potent Nichia or Osram chips within, the Flood lens emits a very broad (but shallow) range of output.Power Up: The Morimoto Banger LED Pods have been developed from the ground up to set a new standard in their segment, and the same goes for the optional wire harness. If you want the best, bingo. Not one component on the harness was overlooked for the sake of cost or simplicity. Triple sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with hanger. Proprietary over-molded inline fuse holder with 20A mini fuse. DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals. Stainless steel power and ground terminals. Proprietary M-Spec push button switch with Yellow-LED backlight.

What is your shipping cutoff time? 

Cutoff time is 1pm EST. Assuming we have all your parts in stock, the order should ship the same day. If you need a product by a specific date, please call us to find out if its possible to meet your deadline before ordering. Please be aware that there may be discrepancies with shipping calculators or “in stock” status of a product. 

Will I receive a tracking number? 

Of course! As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking notification through email. You can also always log into your account and check the tracking information on the order. 

Is shipping free? 

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous  United States. *Services are excluded from free shipping. We will chose the most economic method. If you need a product as quickly as possible, always best to chose an expedited shipping option. 

Return Window

We allow up to 90 days from the original purchase date to return your item for an exchange or store credit. If you wish to return the product for a refund, we allow up to 45 days from the original purchase date. 

Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless of course we made an error when we shipped out the order. Please contact us if an error was made, we can send over a return label to the email address on file to begin the exchange process. 

Refunds/Store Credit

Please be advised that any free shipping promotions used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount.  Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Store credit will be sent through an email gift card, which you can apply to your next order with us. 

Our standard restocking fee structure is outlined below. Please refer to our exchange and refund policies for important timelines. 

Tier 1: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 90% refund or 100% store credit.
Tier 2: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 80% refund or 90% store credit.        
Tier 3: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged) = 70% refund or 80% store credit. 

Exclusions

If the part has been installed, and shows signs of use, we are unable to take the product back for an exchange or refund. Original Osram and Philips bulbs cannot be returned if the authenticity seal has been broken. Any special ordered item, such as a custom headlight conversion, is not eligible to be returned. 

HID and LED bulbs are street legal in the USA for Fog Light use only. Not compliant with DOT / FMVSS108 and not street legal in the USA for Headlights. Legal for off-road use in Snowmobile and ATV headlights and off-road racing use only auxiliary or forward lighting. International street legality varies by country.
