Maximum Performance: Thanks to an all-new generation of Morimoto Bi-LED projectors, the XB Evo headlights will meet & exceed the highest standards for headlight performance that are set by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety... which is a tough mark even for most modern luxury automakers. Here, the Tacoma Evo headlight utilizes dual Bi-LED projectors to deliver unmatched light output, with an incredibly bright and wide low beam, and a high beam that destroys darkness. In high beam mode, dedicated D-Optics add even more intensity and coverage. All optics are powered by the latest OE-grade automotive LEDs from Nichia in Japan.

On Road: The Morimoto XB Evo Headlights are DOT compliant with all FVMSS108 regulations for on-road use in the USA. Their projector optics are so capable and efficient that their LEDs are only driven at about 50% of their full potential intensity to avoid exceeding limitations set by compliance. The vertical aim is fully adjustable within +/- 6 degrees for a perfect alignment on any Tacoma, even with a lift. The system was designed in California by Morimoto's lead optical engineer, Yoshi Ishida, to deliver maximum visibility, comfort, and safety, and that it does.

Off Road: Yes, you read that correctly. Out of the box, XB Evos are only producing a fraction of their potential intensity for compliance reasons. Want more light for your off-road adventures? The optional Supercharged LED driver boosts both low and high beam intensity by 30-50%--all without sacrificing reliability or warranty. While the Supercharged drivers easily enable the XB Evo to outshine every other headlight for the Tacoma on the market, we must reiterate that they will result in non-compliant levels of peak beam intensity and therefore should not be used on public roads.

Frost-Free System: Our patent-pending heating system warms the surface temperature of the headlight lens to minimize frost buildup when driving through wet and snowy conditions in the wintertime. When the temperature drops below 5 degrees Celsius / 41F, the system is enabled to operate on your command by flashing the high beams four times. From there, it will automatically maintain temps within the headlight housing to mitigate frost buildup on the lens. A cold-climate game changer, this feature ensures the output of your XB Evo headlights will remain strong when you need it most.

DRL Optics: The turn signals and daytime running lights illuminate glass-like TIR-optics with special surface textures, which enables maximum intensity from all viewing angles. Easily out-shining low-tech optics found in most every other aftermarket headlight, they also provide a one-off look with the bespoke topographic pattern etched into the sidewall.

Easy to Personalize: The signal swap system allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference, all through a simple plug n play key on the back of each headlight. The daytime running light can be configured to run full-time in either white or amber with no compromise in intensity either way. The turn signals can operate sequentially from side to side, or in a more traditional on-off mode with an elegant fade-off effect.

Start-up Sequence: When starting your Tacoma, the optics will automatically illuminate in a multi-stage sequence before turning back off. Unlike every other feature baked into the XB Evo headlights, this does absolutely nothing to improve performance. But executed properly, it does look cool, and there's nothing wrong with that!

They will bolt onto the original mounting points and line up to the surrounding sheet-metal without any massaging, and then plug into the factory wire harness and then work without errors on the dash, flickering, flashing, or radio interference. Well-Built: This product is completely designed, engineered & tested in the USA by the Morimoto team to meet the high expectations of our customers. Nichia LEDs from Japan are used throughout. All wiring and connections are OE-grade. When it comes to UV protection, OE Toyota headlights are industry-best, which is why we've formulated a new hard coating that exceeds their benchmark for resistance against cracking, fading, and yellowing lenses from UV exposure.

Tail Lights:

Toyota Tacoma: The truck with the most hardcore following in the aftermarket. And while there is no shortage of aftermarket parts for the taco, until now, there has been zero options for a solid tail light upgrade... At least for those who actually care about what goes on their truck. The Morimoto XB LED Tail Lights for the 16-23 Toyota Tacoma are the category killer we've all been waiting for.

Compatible: With all versions of the Toyota Tacoma from 2016 on up to 2023, they are extremely easy to install. These plug and play with the factory wiring harness, use all of the stock mounting points, and should not take more than 15-20 minutes to install both tail lights.

Style: Inspired by the design of OEM tail lights, these look at-home on the rear-end of the third gen Tacoma. The prominent light blades are illuminated from the rear with integrated TIR optics, and serve the brake light, parking light, and turn signal. Despite the fact that the optics are molded from red polycarbonate, they still illuminate in amber for the turn signal, giving them a unique look. Pair that with the surrounding muscular trim, optional clear or red outer lens, and we've easily got what is the best-looking set of Tacoma tails on the trail.

Turn Signal: The Amber LED turn signal can be setup according to preference as a reverse sequential or a more conventional on/off setup. Deciding which path to take is easy, since it's only a matter of changing a plug on the back of each tail light. No modifications required, everything will plug n play with the factory wiring without any concerns of hyper flashing.

Reverse Lights: Are often over-looked when it comes to tail lights, but that is not the case here! The Morimoto XB Tails for the Tacoma have a full LED reverse light integrated. With eight LEDs dumping light into the reflector-based optic, its safe to say these will outshine most factory headlights, but in reverse. They are extremely effective. While they come standard with powerful LED reverse lights, just wait, there's more! Morimoto's BLBB system allows you to plug n play with the optional LED Backup Boost Bar which mounts to the top of your license plate frame and provides an extra 2,700 lumens of controlled light output in reverse. Yeah, Morimoto customers like to see where they're going in reverse too!

Well-Built: The durable polycarbonate lens has been UV treated, and will resist the test of time, keeping the housings looking new for many years to come. The injection molded ABS housing is lightweight and much stronger than cheap aftermarket tail lights, which is far from the case here. The price is justified, and as the saying goes: you pay for what you get. These tail lights are built to meet and exceed OE quality and should easily last the life of your truck.
