Solutions offered by other manufacturers restore the daytime running light, but fail to match original intensity.

On affected F-Type headlights, the DRL problem may come from the optical tube assembly rather than failed LED chips. The original heat-management material around the light entry optic can melt and obstruct the optic, reducing the light that travels through the tube. The result may be a dim or failed daytime running light even when the LED array is still working.

This replacement optical tube was developed with a manufacturer using OEM-like engineering, It is designed to restore strong, even DRL output just like the latest part revision of a PUXA lamp and address the heat-related weakness found in the original PU2 assembly, In many cases, its output matches or exceeds the opposite side.

Please note: This product replaces the optical tube/light guide only. It does not include or replace the LED chip array. These are sold individually. For the most consistent appearance from side to side, we recommend servicing both headlights as a pair when their output differs.

Professional headlight disassembly and installation are required.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0298/1088/4748/files/Screenshot_2026-10-10_at_2.19.19_PM.png?v=1791656412
https://lightwerkz.net/en-au/products/jaguar-f-type-x152-2018-2020-daytime-running-light-optical-tubes-sold-individually
