The brand new, patent-pending line of 4Banger Off-Road LED lights were completely designed, engineered, and tested in the USA, and everything about them is truly next level. Bronco Banger: This kit allows you to fit three full-sized 4Banger pods into the opening on the corners of your OEM Steel Bumper. Relative to options from other big brands that only allow you to fit two of their full-size pods and one small one on the end in the Bronco bumper, you can fit three of the 4Bangers thanks to their smaller than average size. In other words--it looks better, and you don't have to compromise on performance for the third pod! HXB Combo Beam: Illuminates a clear path with medium range. The HXB Combo beam provides a blend of width and distance illumination making every day driving in the middle of nowhere far more comfortable. The 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10V degree spread at beam center has been perfectly tuned to produce an ideal flood beam. The 4Banger HXB Combo is an excellent aid to any set of high-performance headlights. HXB Spot Beam: Illuminates far into the distance unlike anything else on the market. The HXB Spot comes standard with the most powerful Osram LEDs, which in combination with the HXB LED optics produces a beam pattern capable of penetrating up to 800 meters into your future. No matter the speed, you'll never outrun your ability to see with the 4Banger HXB Spots. HXB Wide Beam: Illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle. NCS Wide Beam: Illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle, making them a perfect complement to a set of high-performance Morimoto headlights. They produce a very wide beam to drastically improve visibility off to the sides of the road. Superior vertical gradient control eliminates glare to oncoming traffic, and when mounted in the fog light position and aimed appropriately. The NCS Wide beam is 21% brighter than its next closest competitor (Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro), while consuming 67% less power (15.6W vs 36W) and has also been verified by Calcoast ITL meet SAE F standards for on-road use as a fog light. All Weather: The white-output version is ideal for all-around visibility. For those who desire optimal output in rain, snow, or fog--the Yellow-output version will slay in shady weather. Morimoto has opted for LEDs that produce yellow light at the origin, which is the most effective way to penetrate through particles in the air without compromising output (Filtering white light through a yellow lens achieves the look, but no actual performance benefit in poor weather). Reliability: With power comes great responsibility. Extensive effort went into ensuring the reliability of the product. High power means high heat, which is why the 4Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat-transfer to the radiator, which has been optimized through numerous rounds of thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to withstand flaking. The potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. Street Legality: With a standard -4 degree aimthe beam pattern produced by both the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models has been verified compliant with the latest SAE F regulation for use as a street-legal fog light. What is your shipping cutoff time?
Cutoff time is 1pm EST. Assuming we have all your parts in stock, the order should ship the same day. If you need a product by a specific date, please call us to find out if its possible to meet your deadline before ordering. Please be aware that there may be discrepancies with shipping calculators or “in stock” status of a product.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Of course! As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking notification through email. You can also always log into your account and check the tracking information on the order.
Is shipping free?
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. *Services are excluded from free shipping. We will chose the most economic method. If you need a product as quickly as possible, always best to chose an expedited shipping option.
Return Window
We allow up to 90 days from the original purchase date to return your item for an exchange or store credit. If you wish to return the product for a refund, we allow up to 45 days from the original purchase date.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless of course we made an error when we shipped out the order. Please contact us if an error was made, we can send over a return label to the email address on file to begin the exchange process.
Refunds/Store Credit
Please be advised that any free shipping promotions used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Store credit will be sent through an email gift card, which you can apply to your next order with us.
Our standard restocking fee structure is outlined below. Please refer to our exchange and refund policies for important timelines.
Tier 1: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 90% refund or 100% store credit.
Tier 2: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 80% refund or 90% store credit.
Tier 3: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged) = 70% refund or 80% store credit.
Exclusions
If the part has been installed, and shows signs of use, we are unable to take the product back for an exchange or refund. Original Osram and Philips bulbs cannot be returned if the authenticity seal has been broken. Any special ordered item, such as a custom headlight conversion, is not eligible to be returned.
HID and LED bulbs are street legal in the USA for Fog Light use only. Not compliant with DOT / FMVSS108 and not street legal in the USA for Headlights. Legal for off-road use in Snowmobile and ATV headlights and off-road racing use only auxiliary or forward lighting. International street legality varies by country.
Note: This usage regulation is not unique to products found on our website. All LED and HID bulbs from all other brands, regardless of marketing claims, are prohibited from street use in halogen headlights in the USA. To find street legal LED headlight assemblies, click HERE.
